I think his sacking takes immediate effect. Cam Ciraldo will be the premiership winning coach (if that happens).

He would be another yes man. That's what Gus wants. Someone he can throw under the bus when things go sour. He would never take a coaching job because he looks bad if he fails. It's all about saving face for him. He's much more involved in the coaching than he will ever let on.

Ivan is just an option given the Panthers want to keep Nathan. He might return if Gus takes a step back which I can't see happening. Also Brad Fittler could be an option.
