Just highlighting the Wallace thread for his fans.

Thought he played pretty well last night. Actually combined well with Hunt when Lockyer went off. :)

Kicking game was certainly better.

He was good yesterday he had his first good game in a while. Hopefully he keeps it up and gets even better because Wallace in-form will make us a much better team in the finals.

He is shit, he is shit, he is really shit!!!

He's pretty much exactly like Shane Perry, yet the same people bagged Perry who now love Wallace.

Beads has his beer goggles on, what's your excuse?

Anyone who bags him for tonight just doesn't have a clue. He was under so much pressure when Ivan put Gillett at 5/8th being the only playmaker out there. Did have a major hand in two tries too.

However, yes Beads I will forgive you because you're on the drink!!!

We can still bag him because as good as some of the things he does are he usually backs them up with rubbish. He really should be able to step it up and control the team a bit better IMo. He is not as shit as my drunken self would like to think though. I reckon I bag him more because I know how good he can be..

His only good if Locky's there (and if that)... hasn't played a good attacking him on his own since 08-ish I would say.

Well that's probably because usually when Lockyer's not there neither are the rest of our best players and Locky being there automatically lifts the team and makes them play better.

And anyone who cant see how all plays stop when he gets the ball is either stupid, or just plain ignorant. He takes so long to decide what hes going to do with the ball, its laughable. Yes, having gillet there didnt help him, but so many times he got the ball with a few options, and he held the ball for so freaking long, it started to grow moss.

For all those who bag McCullough for being slow (and he was painfully slow tonight) Wallace is twice as slow at first receiver he just can't make decisions then by the time he does he has defenders on top of him which causes hospital passes and poorly weighted/directed kicks.

Anyone who makes such a comment, either hasn't seen the game, is stupid, just plain ignorant, or any combination of these...

I'm not saying Wallace's performance was perfect because it wasn't. But if he had a half decent 5/8th with him he would've looked a thousand times better than he did. Look at Lockyer in the preliminary final last year, had nothing with Tonie Carroll next to him and had to do all the work. Same with Wallace tonight.

he was terrible. If Locky is out for 4 weeks then our season is over.
