I thought that was piles.Pilates is intense. It is all body weight driven and harder than any gym session I’ve ever done. I actually didn’t like it because it was seriously painful.
The optimist in me wants to believe that Milf has turned a corner and he's finally starting to take this shit seriously. The pessimist in me worries that he's realised he's fast approaching a new contract and he needs to put some good tape together over the next year or two to be a hope of keeping his pay at the same level, before hitting snooze again.
Of course either way is a win for us, so long as if it is the latter he signs elsewhere...

For starters, you have to be able to bench press your own body weight before you even attempt Pilates.

I’m 6’4” 113kg. Ideally drop down to about 105I’ll start; am currently 90kgs and need to get down to 80. 6’ tall.
