POST GAME POST GAME [Round 8, 2023] Broncos vs Eels

No they don't. The injury was an accident that can happen. It sucks, but it was wet and he did the splits in the tackle which has fucked his groin.

They will react to the injury, they usually do. We are seeing all of these "hip drops" and barely any injuries, suddenly there's a significantly incidental one with what looks to be a significant injury, they won't miss out.

It's Ashley Klein. I'm honestly not surprised at anything when he's reffing our games. I actually expect some BS to happen at some point
With Klown the BS happens because he is legit incompetent ... it's like he doesn't know the rules half the time and when a situation calls for him to make a decision he ***** it up..

He's actually hopeless

So, the grubby fuckhead morons didn’t loose it fair and square but it’s Haas’s alleged hip drop not getting binned lost the game for grubs. Talk of ludicrous & the media pivoting…

Ffs, the muppets can’t let go of this baseless bullshit.

Obviously I want Broncos to win but if Haas goes there, it's a 2 man advantage. That's what they'd be saying.

Fucking Yvonne Sampson going on about hass dropping on the back of RCGs legs.

He **** him the side of his upper thigh.
Vonny's new favourite term is "duty of care"... she's been watching 360... maybe she wants a promotion to co-host with Kent when Anasta goes on golfing trips.

Does a duty of care occur when a player goes in to break someone's ribs by cutting them in half??

She's just blindly throwing out some obligation on the defender for the attacker to never be injured... there has to be an illegal action before duty of care comes into it.

A defender can go in with intent to dominate a tackle, but if they make contact with the head then they're fair game.

If a defender ends up on the legs there has to be an illegal action that go them there... a copybook legs tackle will more than likely end up with the tackler landing on the back of legs... are they going to send them to the bin every time as well?

And being caught off his wing all night. Dropping another bomb. I shouldn't have to be the one who points this shit out every week. He had some great runs and those palms were so good, but he's still got the dumb in him.

Edit: Also, out jumped? Only one player attempted to catch that ball.

That is just so untrue man, Cobbo was definitely attempting to catch that ball, just don't think he felt he needed to jump for it.

Cobbo was great tonight.

Cobbo was definitely not anticipating having to compete for the ball, he was half way in the in-goal, it was actually a shit kick.

Just so happens the best winger in the NRL was the one chasing it.

He was good, but I'm not going to cop people claiming he only did one thing wrong when he probably tackled his opposition number once tonight. He came in too much and was once again very lucky to have Staggs cover him a few times. Lets at least be honest here.

According to Arthar, all 3 tackles were the same ... so if they suspend Haas, they need to suspend Hopgood
That's because he knows Hopgood's was actually the worst

Cobbo has go better each game this season for mine and the most important thing has been there, effort.

if being dragged by a player is a hip drop that is fucked.
Doorey was the same fuckwit who was faking a head high tackle... he should've been dragged for a HIA because of his dive.

The hip drop from Ezra was another dive... he felt contact around his ankle and fell like a sack of shit... his DH was then yelling at him to get up because they had a quick ptb and wanted to play

And nearly let in how many? One good thing does not negate the other negatives. That's all I am saying. It's an 80 minute game

Yeah look, most decent defensive teams will push up and in. If you want him to stay on his wing just to rack up the numbers on his opposite, he's probably not listening to the coaching staff.
