If we want to do anything this year we need to learn to deal with this type of reffing better. Its not going to stop, so we have to deal with it better.

Letting them in instantly after 2x 6 agains back to back is what we need to stop. Not saying its easy of course, but its the only way we'll get anywhere.

Any other team gets a penalty for that late hit, and any other team gets way more 6 agains for how slow they are making the ruck, but we arent going to get them. Goal line defence is still going to need more work.

That said, attack looks ok up to the red zone when Billy got a little lost at times.

- Our middles looked so much better this week and we still have Flegs to return
- Mam has been electric
- Madden looks fantastic
- Cobbo is going to be a superstar anywhere in the backline, that try he got, goodness me
- Staggs might have been MIA most of the game but great to see him sticking up for Madden
- Paix looked good when he came on
- Good Oates looks like he is here to stay
- Capewell looks like he has two working shoulders again

Good half. Ref sux. Best part is we are showing some aggression and passion (don't mind telling the ref off). With Walsh and Reynolds in this team we will be unstoppable.

If I were Kevvie, I would be telling the boys that it's 14 vs 13. You have to be better than the ref. Have to win every contest despite him. Have to be fast and keep making your 10 and give 0 excuses for the whistle. There is only so much that the ref can do, the Cows have to hold the ball, have to cross the line and the boys need to keep getting up and stopping them. Ball in hand, roll them. Fast PTB. Hurt them with the ball. The ref can't take it off you unless you do something stupid.
