There's been a couple set restarts for ruck infringements within the 40m so I'm assuming it's the old system.

There was one penalty that was a differential penalty.

There was a 6 again well inside the 40m in the first half.... but an offside off a scrum was given full penalty.

I think that's 2020 isnt it??

Offsides were changed to 6 again in 2021 I think

Papalii wasn't expecting that pass but Levi forces the pass anyway and they lose the ball on England's line.

Levi baulked himself there. Obviously wanted to find Tapau with the pass but tried to direct it to Papalii at the last second. In the end the pass ends up in no man's land.

Meanwhile Milford milks a penalty to buy Samoa some hope. They have to score in this passage and Leniu puts down a Paulo pass.
