Everything I heard is based on him being offered a reduced contract because they had to pump up Hughes and Grants contracts, ever since that happened he has been linked away, I would say money is the biggest reason.

Plus we would have to compete with Redcliffe who since losing Ponga will be looking for a marquee scalp, I just don't see this as a realistic option, sure we can offload a huge amount of players but they will also need to be replaced with someone and there is minimum wages for first graders, we would need to loose players like Haas to pay for it realistically.

Why? Aside from Haas, Reynolds and Staggs, who else is on big money?

RLPA put in rules for teams to spend the vast majority of the cap each season so without an actual sheet of everyones wages you got to assume it's close to cap.

Are we still paying parts of our ex-players wages or is that finished now..?

He is absolutely 100% going to the Dolphins, there is no question any more IMO. The question is how much they have to pay him, it's a Fifita Titans bidding war against themselves thing. Hence why we are being touted as an "option" despite the fact that he made it clear he doesn't want anything to do with us. We need to push up the price as much as possible. Offer him $1.1 million to see how high The Dolphins will go. Worst case, it backfires and he actually wants to sign with us for that money. I don't want someone playing for us that doesn't want to be here, but he would be worth losing Haas for.

If Cody Walker was looking to follow Reynolds to the Broncs would you be interested?

Would he be enough to give us a GF winning side, or would you rather if Reynolds encouraged Mitchell to joins us for $800k?

The only player I'd want from Souths is ... wait ... we already got him. Nothing more to see here then.
I'd take Arrow back for the right price.

Cody...

Not even if he was free!

Isn’t Cody older than Renyo? There’s plenty of elusive, off the cuff running halves. We could just develop mam more or we could have kept milf for what Cody offers.

Yeah it baffles me that they didn’t pick Reynolds over Cody and then just sign someone like Milford on the cheap. Genuine game managers are far rarer than flashy instinctual players - even if Cody is one of the best at it

Older by 6 months.

Given that TMM appears to be a make-shift or short term fullback option i was wondering about luke polselli (currently falcons fullback).

Given the storm's success with developing fullbacks from the falcons feeder club (papenhuyzen, hynes), and the broncos looking better when we have a fullback with some ball skills (Which he has) he could be an option.

My only concern is that he is a smaller fullback and tackle efficiency isn't great.

He has impressed me for 12 months. He got the call up with no notice and I liked that.

Catching up on some games from last week- Luke Polselli was great for his second ISC game and debut for the Falcons.

He was at the Sharks and played for Newtown, then went to the Cutters for 2020 and Falcons this year.

3 tries
3 line breaks
2 games
283m across his two games.

He is fast- He came in on really short notice on Saturday too- Storm guys flew in then withdrew so he got the phone call in the morning.

Given mead's contract ends this year, I would be signing him up instead.

Basement buy, better specialist fullback depth in the squad with very good potential. Seems low risk investment.
