god that is difficult to watch. Who on earth would want to hear Joey Johns and Freddy talk about football for an hour? They are the worst commentators!
But yeah, he clearly says something to Ezra.. I would say Leniu is going to be found guilty. Its only on the balance of probabilities after all. For this to go in his favour he really needed the video to show him with his mouth shut.

Payne and Billy easily would have heard it the clearest. There would actually be a strong argument that Payne could have thought it was being aimed at him because he wasnt looking at Leniu at the time. Still think he should have got up and chinned the ****.

The one thing i will say is Freddy defends everything Rorters related. Its a bit telling he isnt really trying to deflect anything from Leniu.

I would assume NRL is prosecuting rather than the Broncos... our players will come forward as a witness though.

That footage is pretty damning. But interestingly, NRL 360 (I apologise for watching it) showed different footage of Billy strongly reacting to something said well after the ball had cleared the ruck. Either the alleged comment was said a THIRD time, or we’re missing something.

The footage of Billy reacting is very telling. Something was absolutely said (above the realms of usual on field bullshit) for him to react that way.

I totally agree. But he didn’t appear to react when at dummy half. Even though he was much closer. It’s almost like the third time was worse. Bit weird.
