It's not bad from in the traditional sense, it's lack of involvement that I have seen the last nine weeks. Complete apathy.

Hasn't had a try assist for three weeks and 15 metres running last week and last week just his pass at all costs atttiude- he looked like he didn't want to run at all. Hospital passes to anyone near him.

What he does need to do in defence is not go up past the ball, he did it twice against Dolphins last week and Simbiken had two tries 20 minutes in. Enthusiasm to get up can't over-ride technique.

Kevvie said (lied, maybe) that if Reynolds was out he'd shuffle Billy into the halves, Cory to 9, with Kobe as cover. But here we are with Ezra (apparently) starting.

If Ezra can't cope - unlikely - he could switch Te Maire into the halves, Selwyn to fullback, Herbie to the wing, and Kurt into the centres. Or even Kotoni into 6, with Herbie swapping sides, and again Kurt to centre.

He has plenty of options, but he'll need to keep those edges locked down.

Mam struggles reading the fullback sweep play and that is the knights go to move with ponga.

Staggs may struggle in defence without reynolds next to him. As reynolds often pushed up hard into the oppositions offensive line to cut off the ball.

We could be in trouble.

God damn someone tell Staggs if he wants to have one of those freakish try scoring games, tonight is that game. We will struggle to put points on for sure. I’m expecting a tight win for the donkeys!

Mam is left normally so I’d think you’d want him as comfortable as possible.

Isaako made a massive difference last year with Mam so big load for Martin.
 
I'm interested to see if any of that calming influence of Reyno has rubbed off on the team yet.

I think it's too early for the team to go into auto pilot so I'm expecting quite abit of indecision tonight. Make no mistake the Knights will now fancy their chances and if they manage to get a roll on through our "ill discipline" and a couple of 6 agains they are more than capable of rolling us.

The long and the short of it - I'm expecting a long and frustrating night., but by the end of the game I hope to see a sad and frustrated Knight.
 
Knights have second worst attack in the comp, even without reynolds surely we can out score them
