POST GAME Round 13 - Broncos vs Sea Eagles

That was just amazing to watch. Hunt's try was dead set gold, Milf is brilliant, Reed had a blinder and there wasn't a bad player on the park. It seems trite but my votes would be:
3. Hunt, Reed, Milf, Kahu
2. Just about everyone else
1. Molo

The only thing that could have made the game better would be if Hodgo stayed on for the full 80 and reminded Matai of how much of a useless old shitbag of a shitcunt he is. Kahu is a great player and may go some way towards replacing Hodges eventually, but he's not much of a sledger.
Agree with your votes.

Kahu is probably the gentlest person I know.
He went to shake Matai's hand of all people, who was a fucking grub all night and almost stole a try from him with that body check. Loved it when a minute later Kahu strolled past him with ease and even looked back at him for a moment before putting the ball down.

Oh... suck shit Manly, and you too Daly!

I have one thing that super annoyed me tonight. DCE being booed.

It's not so much about DCE but more about INGLIS!

When Inglis played his first game against Brisbane at Suncorp after backflipping on the Broncos, not a boo could be heard (besides from me).

Now DCE backflips on our rivals, we should be cheering him, but no.

Broncos fans care more about other teams than they do their own.

Brisbane fans were too busy celebrating the discovery of the next Gene Miles.

Jack Reed.

Greg Who?

If it makes you feel any better, GI went off injured in that game, effectively costing Souths whatever chance they had of a finals berth.

The best part of the game was when we wrestled the advantage back from Manly when it got to 20-10. That was always the problem with this team when coached by Griffin.

I also heard the Dogs have signed Vidot?

No disrespect to those with a differing opinion to mine but surely milfords last few weeks and boyds performance tonight gave the anti-Boyd faction some things to reconsider.

Great win. Hilarious to hear the boos poor chez was copping all night.

The threat of Boyd running the "Karmichael play" puts more doubt in the defenders minds.

It's so enjoyable watching this team, it becomes more and more evident each week what a chore it was watching them in the years after Locky retired. I can't believe the turnaround in attitude and discipline in such a short time.

Did McCullogh get hurt? I didn't notice when he went off. I'm hoping Bennett just gave him a rest given the score.

I'm like 90% sure he played the whole game, Parcell played Hooker for the last 20 minutes and McCullough shifted to lock I think.

Well the time has come for me to also say this ...

I WAS WRONG ... BENNETT WAS THE RIGHT MAN FOR THE JOB.

ok ... you can all say "I told you so" now. after tonight's game, i'll just sit back and take it ... but i hope you don't mind if i have a big ****ing smile on my face , while you say it

Meh you were entitled to your view Foordy, at the end of the day we all want the best for the club that's what matters, cept for maybe AP.....anyway there's no I told you so needed that would just be rubbing in salt for no reason, just show your support for the side :takdir:

Jack Reed's last 3 games -

4 Tries
5 Try Assists
5 Line Breaks
3 Line Break Assists
9 Tackle Breaks
53 Tackles (5 missed)

From now on, that's how you play Jack.

I don't remember seeing McC in the last twenty, and stats only have him making 26 tackles. I could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time!

He was looking at the hand/arm a couple of times, but I don't think he has an injury.

It could be that he came off for a rest and Bennett wanted to give the other guys some more time. We already had the game won.

Watching the game again this morning I noticed something which really demonstrates the change in attitude this year. Around 11 minutes in Thaiday helps bring a player to ground on the 5th tackle and gets trapped under his legs. Instead of just lying on the ground next to the ruck he disentangles himself and runs back to the defensive line. No way he was doing that last year. It's all those little things which are changing and turning a good squad into a great one.

Ripppppper game.

Milf is continuing to improve. He will be world class very soon.(Dally M 2016)

What can i say about vidot. .... when he doesn't make mistakes he is such an asset! Should he be given a contract extension?

I was calling for Reeds head to roll. Now I'm beginning to think he is vital to our team. Respect for that.
