I don't think Roberts is ever going to be a player that puts in 110% week in week out.
He's always going to be a player that puts in less and gets by due to his speed and ability because there is always going to be a club that will sign him the first chance they get.
You just get players like that. Jarryd Hayne is a perfect example. All the talent you could ever possibly want but never had the attitude to go to that next level consistently.
We need to decide whether we want a player like that on our books. He'll most definitely come up with match-winning plays from time to time, but he's never going to have that drive to be the very best he can be consistently.
Not to many clubs knocking on his door atm
