From Pat’s first ’tackle’ on the Gambler being penalised it was obvious how the game was going to be reffed. Right up to the last play of the game where he gave Newy two goes at trying to snatch the win - the reffing was quite pathetic rofl
Riki’s kick chase all night, especially that one where he hammered Marzew
Walsh’s try assist and that effortless line Piakura ran for the try
Snatching a win at the death despite playing the team that was fresh off the bye for the third straight week
Kobe taking and handing out the knocks in equal measure and that last gasp offload to set up our final try

I don’t think we underrate him on here, but seriously, Kobe is exactly the type of player every team needs. He doesn’t shy away from the rough stuff, gets belted a bunch of times, makes his tackles and doesn’t want any accolades. Love that guy!

But without doing 80 minutes at the moment, hes probably not even in the picture.

When you look at win percentages, the warriors and raiders are actually closer to us than sharks and storm... crazy season this year.

Herbie cooked our left edge tonight so badly. Not sure what he was thinking but he left Oates stranded out in the pacific.

The officiating was atrocious in the first half. O'Brien sent them out to be grubs all night. We were slow to respond and get our head around it and the second half was helped by the ref finally putting the whistle away for a bit.

We need to flick that switch much earlier. I think Hetherington and Piakura played a part being fresh legs. The bye will be good for the whole team.
