[Round 16, 2021] Broncos vs Sharks

No one wants Thursday it’s a joke of a time for footy, just slowly kills your youth fans. Probably why we keep getting them…
Not bronx fans I’m talking about supporters from other clubs that want the free to air slot

True and it's not complimentary is it ! Mind you, as I'm told stats aren't everything. Still, that's the stat that stops him being rated as having a great game. He had a good game and certainly better than recent games.
He’s a bench forward at best these days.

That Tesi Niu try was magic. Haven't seen one like that in awhile.
Yeah, since Isaako's fantastic efforts earlier this year. Didn't say he was good earlier just in attack at times he excelled.

This all over the years have I ever heard opposition fans whinged about it, all the Bronco fans I have talked to prefer we had more sunday games.
I agree I fucken hate it, it kinda makes the weekend feel empty and you don’t get the chance to go or enjoy it as much as work follows the next day (for those that don’t work weekends)

Firstly LEARN TO FIND THE GRASS WITH YOUR KICKS!! The crossfield chip for your winger/centre isn't working. Get the ball in goal and find a bloody repeat set. It's such a fu**ing pressure release for the opposition just putting up that crossfield kick for them to eat up.

Plenty of positives though, you wouldn't know staggs has just come back from an ACL. He's probably worth 6 points every game to be fair.

I think Kennedy belongs in our full strength lineup, he gets throguh work and makes very few errors.

Issako and Oates should be our wingers, they're both safer while more dangerous then Coates.

He's no world beater but Gamble is all heart and soul. Deserves an extension and probably a bit of an upgrade. I love how hard Kobe hits, i hope we hold onto him even if only for depth.

Payne has has potential to be the greatest forward the game has seen.

Hate to end on a negative but good chance we come out next round and serve up absolute rubbish again. Seems to be how it goes.

The only flaw in the performance was Niu not backing himself to catch the ball at least 3 times, and running into Isaako under a highball.

Oates had his typical drop ball in our end during a hit up.

Everything else was great.
Niu not confident in taking bombs is a concern, it will bite him on the ass soon enough.

Typical drop in a hit-up from Oates? His typical drop is from kicks, not taking hit-ups.
I thought Hetherington was unreal today, he has more upside than Carrigan at lock for sure
Carrigan must play prop on his return, the loss of Lodge pretty much locked that in.

only 13,840 attended todays game ... that must be our lowest ever attendance

surely that low a crowd figure has alot to do with the recent COVID issues.

Yep Glenns best game of the year i reckon.
I thought so as well, if he could play to that standard every week he is worth a spot. It is almost like someone has been in his ear saying something sensible.

Haven’t watched any games in the last few weeks, has the head contact sin bin stuff been removed? Just watched the game and there were a few times I expected to see someone in the bin and nothing happened.
