Because that doesn't work for the Storm and Penrith?Too many chiefs.

They don't have 4 playmakers. Storm rely mostly on Munster and Hughes where Penrith focus their attack around Cleary, Yeo and Luai.Because that doesn't work for the Storm and Penrith?
I don't think having Roberts on the bench is going to break the playmaking brains trust. Wayne used Benji Marshall. Bellamy had Harry Grant and Nicho Hynes on the bench. Billy has Harry Grant. It's a non issue. They don't have 4 playmakers. Storm rely mostly on Munster and Hughes where Penrith focus their attack around Cleary, Yeo and Luai.
All true. My point stands, you don't need 4 playmakers on the field.I don't think having Roberts on the bench is going to break the playmaking brains trust. Wayne used Benji Marshall. Bellamy had Harry Grant and Nicho Hynes on the bench. Billy has Harry Grant. It's a non issue.
QLD: Ponga, Munster, DCE, Hunt, GrantAll true. My point stands, you don't need 4 playmakers on the field.
There wouldn't be 4 on the field at the same time. 3 and that's a good thing, 4 works too if the other three are on board with each play. Teamwork and knowing each role makes for great point scoring. All true. My point stands, you don't need 4 playmakers on the field.
would have thought if he is fit gamble will get the 14?
i think he can get the ball where it needs to go and if we really want speed out of dummy half you put mam on the ballOn merit yes .
Is he a better option as 2nd dummy half though ? Gamble fan here . I think Roberts might have the edge in DH stakes .
You seriously think QLD use Grant as a playmaker?QLD: Ponga, Munster, DCE, Hunt, Grant
Which one are you dropping to bring in someone who can't make plays?
Walters(who plays similar to Ezra just worse when at 6) and Paix are not playmakers, Gamble who is one, can easily take a back seat when paired with Reynolds but generally he is a main playmaker if paired with anyone else.We won a premiership with 4 playmakers in '06.
As long as you simplify their role, it doesn't matter if you have more 3, 4, 5 or whatever. We've been using 4 playmakers in the side this year.
TMM, Gamble, Reynolds, Walters and even Paix. So I don't buy this too many chiefs argument.
I would say carrigan is a more athletic version of James Graham.Walters(who plays similar to Ezra just worse when at 6) and Paix are not playmakers, Gamble who is one, can easily take a back seat when paired with Reynolds but generally he is a main playmaker if paired with anyone else.
I would say Carrigan lately is developing into the role with his pivot play though, it has helped our side to side attack I wouldn't say it's at the level of Yeo, but it's getting there.
Thats a pretty big compliment of patty. Graham was one of the best front rowers ive seen and often carried the rest of the pack.I would say carrigan is a more athletic version of James Graham.
Do you even remember what point you were trying to make? You seriously think QLD use Grant as a playmaker?
That Broncos don't need Roberts on the field with Mam, TMM and Reynolds.Do you even remember what point you were trying to make?
