He has these rough 15 minute EVERY SINGLE GAME. A year in reserve grade would have fixed it but now teams are seeing where and how to target him with shit loads of pressure on him. Brown will ruin his career

100% agree.

The sky is the limit for Walsh, but he won't be hitting NRL standard in defense till his Warriors contract is up.

Glad we passed on him and Dearden in hindsight and over hearing people shit on Kevie for not putting another defensive weaklink into our team.

When RTS scored a try they credited it to the opposition watching Walsh 2 passes/20 metres wider opening uup the spot! They are fucking hav ijng a laugh surely! He nearly knocked on a pass in the bread basket before but registered and they went on about his skill haha.. nothing, absolutely nothing about his knock on of a simpler grabber or the kick out on the full, or him missing for EVERYTHING except for the 4th tackle plays with an attacking line/play set up. Soooooo over rated it's insane. The repeat sets have been Walsh out of position nearly every time.

i think he is definitely ready for first grade tbh, but to displace one of the best Fullbacks in the game i dont think so. be better for the warriors if he played 14 and came on after 25 minutes or so

I thought the Sharks went into their shell in the second half.

Johnson managed the game well and his kicking game kept the Warriors at bay. However they missed having Moylan out there and Trindall had a difficult time getting involved. It seemed like their pet play was to try and get Talakai 1-1 with O'Sullivan who to his credit stood up.

The Warriors just couldn't string enough good plays together. Some of the work Tuivasa-Sheck came up with in that second half was great and I thought when he crossed it would wake the Warriors up but there were too many occasions where they weren't in sync.

You can never accuse Matt Lodge of going missing but at times he can really stifle the play. He has a tendency to think pass first instead of just run and there were a few times when the Warriors were attacking the line where he just got the timing all wrong.

I don't think their strike players got enough good ball and they just have too many loose players to get into the arm wrestle.

It’s good having this thread for an independent point of view.

We won the second half and dominated the first 25. We lost if in the last 15 minutes of the first when the Sharks had 100% possession and we were fatigued out of the contest. Fault of the game rather than the Warriors when that can happen. Wrecked to many games this season - not just the Warriors.

No excuses though, our attack was poor. Kodi and Walsh offered little. To many errors at key moments.

Panthers next week - I’m picking an upset with two equal sets of substandard halves!
