Milford to Fullback is a bad idea, if we entered a game with Boyd & Nikorima as our playmakers we'd have comfortably the worst kicking game in the NRL, and possibly one of the worst in NRL history.

Let's just find a better Fullback and Halfback, that'll be easier than making Milford undo 4 years of training at Five-Eighth.

Milford can kick it from full back like the fullback Darren Lockyer days.

I really don't think moving Milford to fullback is the answer when he is the best half we have.

I think blind Freddy knows that it's our captain and our hooker that are stinking things up. Unfortunately, they are two of the most senior players and in a hellishly youthful team their experience is much in demand. At times when I see Boyd stuff up I do ask myself if the trade off is really worth it.

No need to find another fullback when we have one already made up in the form of Isaaaaaako! Swap him with Darius Boyd onto the wing. All we need now is to put in a young number 7 such as Deardon or Tannah Boyd, put Kodi into number 9 and put Macca into QCUP(as he is too slow). Kodi was dynamite when he was on as a replacement 9 back in 2015 which is the reason we made it to the GF.

I don’t understand why people call for Milford to be moved to fullback, It’s a waste of time to even suggest it. Considering the 4 years that have gone into turning him into 5/8 and the success we’ve had by playing him at 5/8 Seibold’s not going to risk his career on it.

Macca on the other hand, i’d offload him to the first club who wanted him if only to force us into either playing Turpin or going to the market for a new hooker.

It’s dissappointing that we’ve again got to watch Knik and Milford go around for another year, I know a pairing of those 2 will at times be very entertaining to watch but truly don’t think there’s a premiership in the pairing. The clubs invested and wants Milford so for mine Knik has to go for an older half who can do what Milf and Knik can’t, use that half until one of our young guys comes of age.

Yes dynamite off the bench against tiring forwards.

However, being moved to 9 and starting in the role is a bit different and I very highly doubt Kodi would have the same impact. Opposition teams would simply direct traffic his way to build up his tackle count and tire him out. Kodi isn't used to making so many tackles.

If he spent the pre-season transitioning into the role, perhaps he could be an option. But until then, if he was to play hooker from now on, it has to be off the bench.

I would certainly not be against Macca staying at hooker and Kodi being used an impact hooker coming off the bench in the final 10-15 minutes of each half.

Yep, I think this is the best way to use both of them. It's a shame that this move is dependent on finding a viable alternative at half, but hopefully one of the young guys in the system can push through sooner rather than later. I feel like there's a much greater chance of this happening under Seibold than it would have under Bennett, at least.
