POST GAME Round 21 - Bulldogs vs Broncos

On the Korbin Sims no try, the bunker got it right unfortunately.

Here's the thing, the fine print says the bunker only needs sufficient evidence to overturn. They don't need to be 100% conclusive. That was made up by the media and the commentators. It just needs to be sufficient and that right there is sufficient enough to say the arm carrying the ball touched the ground.

That’s the Bulldogs’ player’s arm you can see there. Upper arm and elbow on the ground, forearm leads to his hand and fingers on the back of Sims’ shoulder.

Korbin’s arm is tucked under him, on top of the Bulldogs’ player’s chest.

One thing is we have to give the bulldogs credit they played a good game held the ball got there kicks away and keeped us down our end if we hold the ball we will beat any team if we keep dropping it we lose to any team

Our attitude, defense & ball control are so freaking poor so, any team would look like premiership contenders especially, the bottom 8.

On the 5th freaking tackle twice, L.Lewis had all the time in the world to signal his wingers that he is going to kick into the corner so that they could catch it & score a try. Where the hell were our kick chasers? So pathetic & lethargic. Our team's in lala land thinking that they had the game in their bag.

You're looking at the wrong arm.

Look at the little bit of white there, that's the sleeve of the Broncos heritage jersey and that's Korbin's arm underneath there.

the fact the people can't agree on whether his arm touched the ground (not to mention the 8000 looks by the bunker officials), clearly indicates that there was not enough evidence to overturn the on field decision of TRY

The bunker only needs sufficient evidence. That's more than sufficient.

Come on, people can't seriously think his arm isn't touching there..

Your quote on Gillett is very poor the bloke had 3 fractures in his neck and is lucky to be walking let alone have a chance to play rugby league again. W.....R.
I'm not questioning his injury at all. I'm questioning the decision to sign a player with such a sensitive injury on a 4 year, big money deal. I mean surely that raises some flags. Out for season, has developed calf issues, over 30. Just seems like an odd choice. He was never going to leave us. Give him 2 years on moderate money, get his confidence back and see how he returns. 4 years on big money is just odd.

But surely a team of professional footballers can get the basic task of ball security right. All year they have been consistently spilling the ball when they get tackled.

Just like right now. What a joke Darius
