Hate to break it to you but the team you just saw get bent over and brutalized, along with its coach, is likely to be pretty much the same team and coach you'll see round one next season.

There is a section of the upper managment that do not want Kevvie, especially given they had to eat humble pie when their first choice (seibold) tanked and they ended up stuck with him anyway.
If this form slump continues I’m very confident the knives will be out and Kevvie will become the scapegoat despite it not being all his fault. Broncos have some very powerful members that will not tolerate these performances.
However, If we can show some improvement closing out the season, it would be fair to give him another chance in the new year.

Management knew this when they hired a specialist caretaker coach in Trent Barrett.

It's probably the only thing the broncos care about... if the fans aren't engaged then they aren't buying memberships, merch, clicking, etc.
Kevvie losing the fans could be more harmful than losing the playing group.
The board be as reactionary as they are will probably act now, because "wE'rE a pOwErhoUsE cLub.... aNd wE deMaNd suCcEss"

Not much if anything Walters can do as far as changes for this one. No depth and so many injuries to our top 30.
Might see a debut for Semu at the very least.
Baker might be ready but that would be frowned upon for sure. He looks like he’s trimmed up a bit of late.

When is Gosiewski due back? What happened to Jaiden Hunt?
IMO he might as well try some new things and give some debuts, it will at least salvage some value out of the scraps of 2024.

Tbh our defence was probably better when Hunt was in the side. Not sure when those blokes are back. Just noticed Baker looked lean when he was floating around the field yesterday. Would certainly be putting Semu off the bench

One thing the second half made clear, this team has given up. They don’t have any fight left in them.
They played well in the first half against Titans for the most part, but then lose Ezra and Haas for the season. It’s one step forward, several steps back and their heads dropped. They have had enough and have thrown in the white towel.

Here is what shot me during the Pies Era Broncos… they gave up, played like a bunch of Pea Hearts.
Losing is one thing, IF you bust your guts, then it is what it is. When you play like you don’t care, lazy and lacklustre…. That’s when us fans get the shits!
