Part of the season. He was excellent in the back end of the year and that did transfer to his time in first grade toward the end of last season.

Cobbo is a centre more than a winger pairing him with someone with experience and a good attitude like Mead or Oates you will see a different player. He shouldn't be the guy taking those hard out of trouble runs he's a kid still that's playing on Raw talent not strength that's where Kotoni needs to put his hand up but he's not.
Tesi needs to go he's not a fullback.
Staggs needs to go to the bench and come on running as a forward/at lock and get himself involved in the game.

I thought he was passable, but nothing special, in the trials. He didn't look very fit. Maybe he had more of an attacking game than Jake, but that's not saying much.

Well FMD that looked like a game completely without a plan . My 2 bobs worth -Kev your on the sideline why wouldn't you hook Jake Turpin early FFS. ? Today your attention to rotation mate looked wanting. We cannot dominate the middle if we play the one off running of Hass and Carrigan who still cannot seem to look for an offload , and why because nobody's there, Ok Reynolds kicking was off but from what I watched what looked more disturbing was his lack of talk out there . He looked like he'd just realized this is a team of mostly pea hearted forwards ,leaving up to the rest to perform . He didn't look like verbally putting a rocket up anyone, at any time and he fucking well should have . . Palasia, Hetherington, Hass looked committed in their attack and defense but no thrust up the middle from ALL the forwards. So he had Nothing to build off going forward , just reactive scramble defense , because we applied no pressure. I fucking knew we would lose today as I thought rightly , they've won two, so their attitude will be shit and It was . The consistency of performance Kev is what this fucking team needs to have flogged into them. Granted you are a new coach ,new roster etc but attitude is just as important to any skill and ability your players may possess, and that's what particularly disappoints me . Yes, time playing together will give us cohesion , but I'm one fan still willing to wait until another season of year after year shit performances before we manage a steady consistent performance from the majority of this team . If some of these players don't perform now , they probably won't going forward. They either need to be dropped now to Q -Cup or you've got a tough job mate so start being tough. Not an acceptable performance sorry ,very troubling watching that today , and troubling not seeing you spit blood from the sideline also , not Craig Bellamy stupid but seemingly looking distressed at that piss poor performance. Oh and yes I am a bad loser when we lose badly , and **** the cows . Time to step it up Broncos.
