I think it's the emoji above the pic. Not sure what it's supposed to represent though? Sick?

Tesi Niu is going to have to work really hard on catching kicks, otherwise he's going to get targeted every single week

Leaked team list. Don't tell anyone where you got this.

1. Niu
2. Oates
3. Staggs
4. Farnworth
5. Cobbo
6. Kelly
7. Reynolds
8. Haas
9. Turpin
10. Flegler
11. Capewell
12. Robati
13. Carrigan

14. James
15. Palasia
16. Hetherington
17. Walters
Hope not. Just looking at the middle rotation, we really don't need Flegler, Haas and Carrigan starting. Keep Flegler on the bench so we don't lose so much momentum after 25mins.

That's a fair concern Book, but I think that's the way they're going to go as well. I think they'll want to start strong to get their confidence up. I also think it will keep Flegler in check. He has a tendency to want to try and come up with the big play and usually gets it wrong. I just think he needs somebody to hold his hand so he doesn't lose his head out there.

With that in mind, I'd almost be tempted to start Carrigan off the bench and use him in a similar role as James Graham when he first went to the Bulldogs. However, I can't see that happening and I do think it would send the wrong message.

I also wouldn't be shocked to see Palasia named at 12 with Robati on the bench. Keenan has been impressive and while he did struggle against the Cowboys, I can see Walters sticking with him, especially since Robati has struggled to start the year. Palasia starts, Robati comes on just before half-time allowing Palasia to rejoin the middle rotation.

there is a fair few things he needs to work on but apparently he is a really good trainer so time will tell.

I couldn't disagree more. You're entitled to your opinions and insights into team line-ups but I just don't agree at all with this last part. I love Keenan as a middle and our rotation no matter what way you put it with Haas, Carrigan, Flegler, Hetherington and Keenan is amazing. We have 5 origin-like props there who just run hard and play gritty and tough footy. The amount of go forward we have there for 80 minutes is ridiculous chuck in the big metres made by Oates and Herbie on the left and we will be good. Whilst TC could 100% add some energy and burst to that rotation to the future when Riki is back he is by far and wide a significantly better second rower than Keenan. The edge and the middle are so different and I just don't think it is fair to put Keenan back there because he has played well in the middle. Confidence is key which he will lack after another game in a position he is not good enough to play in as well as the fact he will be an obvious scapegoat for the lack of success on that edge which is likely to come next week. Only other alternative to TC is Brendan who I would love to see run his beautiful lines next to an Adam Reynolds short ball. He also made a name for himself in his junior footy based around his lines and defence. Unlikely and probably to risky but for mine it is still a big no no to Keenan on the edge.

We're still awaiting the results of Piakura's scans on his hamstring. I haven't heard anything other than he didn't play for Norths on the weekend.

I don't think Walters holds Robati in as high esteem currently, otherwise he wouldn't have been struggling for minutes and later dropped from the 17.

Hetherington a prop? He's listed at 95kilo and a hooker. Origin like prop?

I haven't seen much of Brendan really only his PBC games on YouTube and some highlights but he's the type of player I'd want in that backrow spot if Riki is out (obviously not this round as his had no game time really this season) but mobile Gillett like back rowers.

Hits like a truck, with staggs on that side we need halves to think twice about exploiting that edge.

If we don't instruct our forwards to concentrate on exhausting the Warriors halves we cannot beat the Warriors. The dreadful WestsTigers almost beat them and they made Knik and Harris-Tavita work with 37 tackles. If we do to the Warriors what we did to the Cowsplats, namely run at forwards we will not win.

That would require our edges run the ball more, specifically second rowers who have just not been contributing to our go forward at all. Riki has been alright but Capewell has been very limited in that department.

Fellow fans,
I think we must keep faith in Tesi. He is obviously young and will make a few errors along the way. I think he is due a good one, and what better game to show his wares, then against the hapless, nathan brown coached Warriors. He has more potential than Reece.

We also need to persevere with Staggs. Sure he doesnt get involved, and is probably the highest paid centre in the game. I mean after Jack Bird, you would have thought we learnt something. But anyway, hes worth it just so he can relax out on his side of the field and refusing to participate. And we need to keep Oates on the wing. He is tall and fast and he can be our version of a propwing like Ken Maumalo.

Good luck for the game boys :)
