There was one in this thread, but I think it was tongue-in-cheek.
To the people who are giving Hunt a free pass because of the refereeing and lack of metres gained, get real, he had 5-6 kicks last night with all the time in the world, with minimal pressure, that were simply the wrong choice, or poorly struck.
If every superstar has 4 get out of jail free cards per season for bad performances, Ben's got none left.
Really expecting a massive improvement over the next fortnight.
Has anyone suggested benching him? Ever?
I'm not sure where people get these ridiculous quotes from, literally nobody has seriously said Hunt should be demoted, the people criticizing him are just saying he needs to get a rocket up his ass, we all know he can be incredibly good.

It's four games of an under confident player with pretty valid reasons for being under confident.
He will improve, but if you need someone to tell you it's ok to put the boot in to make you feel better about it then fine, good work.
You are the one that said he should be dropped. Admittedly after the fact you claim that you were joking, yet there was nothing in the post that suggested you were.
People have obviously read that and not realised you were 'jokijng' and reacted from there.

Anyone who doesn't go to the game can't have a true understanding of hunts form.
He's my favorite player in that squad and has been a shining light for the last 2yrs.
But he's way, way off at the moment. I don't know what's bringing the form slump on, but it's really a thing. I'm not calling for him to be gutted, just am concerned for the guy, amd the team. We are really struggling because of it.
My comment about not being at the game is taking about his form off the ball not just with it. He seems really disinterested. Body language is a huge indicator of form. His is no where near his standard. Even last year when he had bad games his effort was huge. This year so far his effort isn't where it usually is. Even his communication, he's barely pointing, shouting for plays and looking for opportunities.
Maybe having someone like Hodges on his outside was a big reason to compete hard. Hodgo always pushing him to his potential. Now hunt is just passing it onto Roberts thinking, here you go. You can deal with it. I reckon switching roberts to the left could help bring hunt back into the game. He is playing his best when he's looking to run the ball. If he thinks roberts is a better runner, he's just palming it off to him. . I've noticed he isn't creating space for roberts either when he does it because the play just dies quickly. Hodges on the other hand was good at creating space for himself. Roberts isn't doing that.
All in all those who at hunt isn't playing that badly aren't at the game seeing his form on the little things. I've been going to every game some 2010 and i see a big difference in my favorite little dude. Hope it improves soon. I miss his championship attitude
Any call to demote Hunt is silly, and there really was none ( Unbreakable was clearly joking).
First, he deserves loyalty and faith after all he has done for us.
Second, we don't have anyone to challenge him.
Having said that, anyone that ignores his flaws has their head in the sand. He is a fantastic running half (and I really hope he regains that form, because we need it desperately), but that is where it ends. He is a 5/8, not a halfback, in the traditional sense that is. He isn't an organiser, he can't manage a game and his kicking is pretty atrocious, all hallmarks of a good halfback.
My greatest concern is that Wayne's footy style requires a good controlling halfback. Des Hasler's footy style for example, would suit our pair of halves much better. Something needs to change!
