Oddly enough, Cronulla vs Gold Coast threw up the most interesting sides on Team-List Tuesday. Now we've got confirmation that Wade Graham will play five eighth with Jack Bird coming onto the bench to make his debut. I made the point last year that I thought he was one of the best players in the NYC finals (the likes of Kata, Ofahengaue, Lolohea also featured) and I believe he has quite the career ahead of him.

Meanwhile the NYC Player of the Year makes his debut for the Gold Coast Titans, 21 year old Kane Elgey. I remember him playing Under 20s as a 17 year old and while the Titans didn't enjoy too much success during his stint he certainly had his moments and I for one am excited to see a talented youngster receive their shot ahead of a glorified utility player.

Rabbitohs
Bulldogs
Knights
Sharks
Sea Eagles
Broncos
Roosters
Storm

Changed my tip when I realised Segs was out against the Knights. They've got too much working against them and surely the Knights should be able to pick the pieces.

Delayed coverage tonight.

Brisbane finally get a Friday night off and they treat us to two all-Sydney matches.

I have no idea why they didn't put Cowboys v Melbourne on. Plenty of Queensland stars involved and big things were expected of the Cowboys.

I always thought that one of the 2 games on Friday night had to feature a QLD team ...

Channel 9 man, they always break broadcasting agreements without giving a ****.

John Folau looks like a gun attacking weapon. Hope he can become a well rounded winger, QLD desperately need him.

It should be an easy win for Souths and Bulldogs.

I think Tigers could cause a headache or two early, but I think the Bulldogs will be too strong in the end.

Souths.. Even without Walker the Eels have no chance. They do play better at home, but without Hayne they are seriously lacking an attacking weapon that can turn the tide of a game.

Sandow has his moments, but mostly he hurts the team more than he helps it..

****, I spoke too soon...

18-12

Too easy for the Rabbitohs there.

Seemed like the Eels defence just hung off without actually spreading, Reddy had miles of room.

I like it when teams bring a winger closer to the action.

Good work by Folau.

Must say, Eels were fortunate to receive that shot.

Huge conversion coming up.

Eels lead 22-16 with just over 10 to go. They need this kick.

Lol.. Sandow completely fucked it.

You could put two goal posts together and it still would have missed

What were you thinking Robinson..

He scores the try that gets them further in the lead and then he lifts Reddy late in the tackle count to give Souths a set of six in great attacking position

What a cruel kick by Reynolds.

GREVSMUHL!!!

And McQueen bombs a certain try..

This is great defense from Eels
