The Canberra fan forum are a bit pissed at the no charge as well. Especially as he got CNK and Rapana with a cheap shot. Many of them know that shit call to penalise Rapana for lashing out with his feet was mysteriously changed to Young running in as the third man to justify the ref's ineptitude. It was a turning point of the game too as he then gave Panthers a 6 again call and they ended up scoring. Effectively Panthers had the pressure taken off them because Kikau went in with a shoulder and connected his forearm to Rapana face. So instead of defending 6 more tackles they end up getting a try. It's batshit crazy.

One change I think needs to be made is Flegler goes back to QLD Cup. I still think he can be something special for us but right now he isn’t earning the spot. Bullemor deserves the spot more right now

Depending on what Kevie does on the edge I think swapping TPJ and Carrigan would also be a good move

I am not a big fan of Niu but he’s trying hard and has surprised me, with saying that I think a small rookie centre is not what this team needs right now

Defence, I just want to see improvement in the structure. We still don’t have guys inside the halves rushing to cover the inside shoulder, which stalls the guys further out.

Walters after the game: Milfs best game of the season

In fairness, he's not playing well by all reports and the limited game time I've watched he hasn't been good outside of the first half of the first game. We've tried Milf & Croft and Milf & Dearden it's probably time to see how Croft & Dearden go together. I believe they'll be fucking terrible but it's time to have a look anyway.


I think Milf needs a Taylor-esque break from the game. It's just unfortunate for him that its in the final year of his contract that he desperately needs it.

Imagine being Croft. First you play 90% of the game, then get pulled off with 10 min remaining. Next game sent to the bench with only 10 mins of game time. Now potentially starting half. Muscial halves would be messing with their heads. No matter what you are told, being benched or being brought up to replace someone else would be frustrating.
