If any of them try that shit on Thursday, I hope the likes of Haas, Lodge and TPJ put them on their asses. Don't even care about sin bins or suspensions. Don't roll over for these *****.
Our scary forward pack that give up more metres than anyone?

Our forwards only act tough to women

Yeah that Penrith team really does hunt as a pack. We are gonna get monstered. 56-4

I think Karmichael will be great for Milf back at Souths Logan. He’s been through it all so he should be able to give Milford some guidance/confidence.

Yep, to see what a real rugby league team looks like.
^^ This
My wife is a diehard Panthers fan so I watch them play every week and have done for years.
What they have done over the last few years building this team is nothing short of remarkable.
They are brilliant to watch.
I often say to her that most of my current favourite players don't play for the Broncos....
You have to wonder how we got so bad when we have so much talent right under our noses.
Penrith were a rabble a few years ago and even two years ago they were struggling when Ivan first came back but something clicked last year and now they are so goddamn confident that they will take on anyone and not take a backwards step.
The Raiders threw the kitchen sink at them last weekend in attack and defense and the Panthers just lapped it up and then blew them away.
we are in deep doodoo thursday night.....

He’s not caving to pressure of the media, he is helping Milford step out of the firing line and regain his confidence. It’s what should of happened 2-3 years ago but no one had the balls to do it.
Where to from there?

Re-sign him with a couple of player options tacked on?

Just release him straight away imo

Kevvie is all over the place atm, says he thought Milford had his best game on the weekend & then he drops him. It’s becoming a pattern, he’s done the same thing with Dearden. He’s just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. I wouldn’t be surprised if milford ends up on the bench.
Maybe it's not KW desperately looking for the right combination to get a win, but dropping an under-performing player to;
A - hopefully get the best out of him later
B - send a strong message to the roster about perform or perish

If so, then KW is more concerned about long term results than flukeing that next win - in which case I say takes big balls, and I got nothing but respect

The losses were frustrating but the big wins were sweet.
lot of wins against big opposition that season, most of which seemed to come on the back of a poor showing the previous week..

I know it is 7 years ago now, but I was Youtubing some Milf highlights with Canberra from 2014 when he was playing 5/8 and fullback too I think. I have truly never seen such amazing, fleet-footed, brilliant and confident play from anybody. He was just mesmerising and untouchable, completely bamboozling opposition players with his speed and footwork.

It really is very sad what's become of him. Truly one of rugby leagues' most puzzling mysteries in terms of what made him go downhill since that time. I'm sure there must be something external at play that we don't know about. Such a shame when you think about how good he could have been.
