Round 6 Discussion

This certainly seems an end to end game and frenetic but this is a poor quality game game so far. Binary opposite of that Friday night epic. It may come good yet though, has a nail biting feel to it.

The Dugan try is one of those 40/60 tries where it's probably odds on he did bobble it into Morris but there's enough doubt there to go with the original decision.

Canterbury are really struggling for points. It reminds me of their performance in the GF where they relied heavily on T-Rex to come up with opportunities. Where a fringe backrow is the vocal point in attack, you know you're in trouble, just ask any Broncos fan in 2012!

Thompson throws a forward pass with the line wide open! That maybe one of the worst centre plays I've seen all year...

It's like the Bulldogs are allergic to tries.

Hmm does Josh Jackson kind of resemble Ryan Harris?

He kind of resembles a hand brake at the moment tbh.

I think that was Stanley... horrible play!

Good work from the Dragons down the short side but poor effort by Rona in defence. Morris had Farrell covered, there was no reason for him to come in the way he did and he just gave Mata'utia way too much room.

And as I type that, Marshall guides Frizell over the line.

Bulldogs are a quality second half team but that might do it.

When did the dogs sign Wallace as offensive coach

After 30+ tackles inside the Dragons 20m zone...the Bulldogs finally crash through. It was T-Rex again who threw a well timed short pass to Josh Morris who picked just the right line to tear through and place the ball over.

Here come the Bulldogs.

Common sense call by Cummins IMO.

The injury was unfortunate but there wasn't enough malice to justify a send off.

Will admit it raises questions over whether an indiscretion like that warrants a sin-bin. At the moment, there is no middle ground.

Dogs forwards depth being really tested here...
Frizell surely gone for our game, but I'm ok with no send off, as the contact was accidental imo.

I'm not surprised he stayed on the field.

That was never going to be a sin bin, even though it was severe enough.

Dragons goal line defense is very good. How they're ahead after so many errors and so much dominance from the Dogs, is more of a testament to the latter's attacking ineptitude though.

I gotta say that I think there should have been a sin bin there. The Dogs have lost a player for the rest of the game yet the Drsgons dot really get any loss.

This is good for our game actually. We are coming off a high quality opposition and 7 days, the Dragons would have been smashed by us or full strength Dogs today and will be feeling complacent plus a five day turn around. I'm confident.

The Dogs have been abysmal today. I'm confident about our chances.

Reynolds clearly got frustrated there and just backed himself into putting in a really dumb kick.

Wow, what a play right there. First, Thompson did extremely well to get back outside of the field of play then de Belin brought him back in.

That's well and truly game.
