No mate, I'm not. We've won 1 game from 6 games. We've lost 4 games in a row. Facts. We are 14th, near the bottom of the table. Facts. This makes us the worst or one of the worst teams in the NRL at the moment. Key words: At The Moment Facts.

he did a great job scouting some of the best young halves in the comp ... it's a pity he couldn't find us a decent spine while we wait for those guys to develop into NRL standard halves

They're players Seibold inherited as well, but when they're playing well for us who will get the credit? I guess we have to wait and see. By your logic we signed Seibold based on what Michael Maguire gave him at the Rabbits.

Unfortunately the Broncos have to work under something called the salary cap. We had a decent spine. They were decent last year, they were decent the year before. Why aren't they decent now?

our spine wasn't decent last year ... in fact people have been complaining about at least 3 of them for several years.
as far as halfback is concerned ... we don't need a million dollar player, what we need is a serviceable player that complements our million dollar 5/8 ... not that has the same strengths and weaknesses.

The spines been slowly getting worse since 2016. It’s really starting to implode this year. It’s not just the spine either, defence has been deteriorating as well. Look at the tries scored against us, most of them are one out stuff

Seibold certainly benefited from Madge's constructed roster (as does Bennett currently), but improved how it was playing over the whole season. Bennett did the same with Hook's roster in 2015.
Bennett has the merit of identifying those youngsters, but we'll see how their development fares. Hopefully one or a few of them goes on to become Broncos greats, and he will deserve the credit, just like Cyril did with the players he identified.
Fact is the spine he hasn't been willing to change in 4 years is one of the worst in the competition, and that is due to decisions he made, no one else!

You seem to be unable to differentiate between opinion and fact.
We played 5 of the top 6 teams in the comp this year so far, were only outclassed by the Roosters and probably wouldn't have beaten the Storm either, but were very close to all the others.
We are far from the worst team in the NRL, have a pretty good pack that will only get better, and plenty of individual talent. Unfortunately, that doesn't make us contenders, because we don't have a spine to match the rest of the roster.
That spine is very poor with arguably the worst fullback in the comp, 2 5/8's in the halves without an ounce of game management in them, and a hooker which far from being the worst problem, lacks speed and creativity. That makes us a reasonably good team, which will probably end up winning more games than we lose, but pretenders when it comes to finals... gee, does that ring a bell?

Appreciate the novel but we are currently the worst or one of the worst teams in the NRL at the moment. That could change by the end of the season but this is a fact. It's my opinion and it's also a fact based off stats and if you know anything about rugby league.

The errors that the broncos are coming up with at the moment, knock ons from hit ups, falling off tackles that lead to tries, arm grabbing.. are all traits of a bottom side. They definitely have the troops to turn it around but the pressure is building and it can easily get worse
