POST GAME Round 9 - Broncos vs Panthers

Penrith press conference.. They're deadset delusional. Any wonder they can't win games.....

Apparently, according to their coach, their defence was good. Their captain said he was real happy with their attack?! Their first half was extremely bad. They're defence is a terrible ideology where if you just hold the player and not tackle him to ground you'll prevent the offload. But then never win a single ruck or we offload anyway! I remember when we used to play the same style and we'd let teams roll right through us. Even bennett came back he taught them to hit hard and stick. Remember how bad Gillett was a defender?? Now he's arguably the best in the league. Griffin is tanking those kids. Poor coaching.

Gillette isn't the best example. He and Reed had bad shoulders. Gillettes arm was ragdolling in a few games and the op were running at him because of it.

Hook had a few issues: Fatten up our players. Play someone out of position for the entire season. Leave players on the bench for 80mins.

Zzzzzzz I see that WWOS are having a big sook about the no try at the start of the game. Yup totally cost Penriff the game. No mention of the Moylan "try" or the leg ups they got from the refs.

Round 6, 2015.

Kodi crosses over from dummy half and Sutton goes to the video ref to check for a knock on. Replays show Jake Friend knocked the ball out intentionally, ball goes backwards but it's ruled no try and knock on because of a loose carry.

Every other time that has happened, it's been no try.

The video refs are consistent in those types of situations, and tonight was no different.

It's embarrassing that a Rugby League fan knows more about the rules than two so called "experts".

It's all Dèjá Vu to us Broncos fans.

I know, right? I remember when everyone was poo-poo'ing him, going on about how we should have bought someone better, as if there were a ton of options available to do that very thing...

Silly folks. We needed someone experienced to replace Parker and Wallace. Sims was great in the trials so I started to feel better about our pack. I have to admit Ese'ese has surprised me thpugh

The problem is actually the channel 9 commentary team. They start it. Always. Every week. They drive the narrative of what gets talked about in the media for the next week.

Especially Gould. He's the worst.

Wish I still could afford Fox footy :(

Gillette had a terrible habit of coming out of the line and missing opposing player completely. One that sticks in my mind is when he got slapped by Keith Galloway.

Sterling, seems to have gone off the rails lately.

I recently canceled my Foxtel, now l mute the TV and play the radio for commentary. ABC grandstand mostly and sometimes Triple M depending on who is calling the game. If your TV can record on a USB stick just pause the game if it's out of sync with the radio call. Worth the **** around to get the sync right just to avoid channel 9 commentary

Trust me when I say this, fox footy was extremely ordinary tonight. Anasta had a hard on for the panthers the whole game

Make any sacrifices possible to afford it. It's a million times better than the chimps that commentate Nine.

I have a free spots on my Foxtel Go account that I'm willing to sacrifice for the better cause. Just say the word bro.

I'm loving the plays from the scrum with Roberts.

Give him that much room and his speed alone can create a half chance into a try.

**** I hope he isn't out for a long time. We'll miss that.

Saw the replay of the Tamou no try.

That's hasn't been a try for a long time.

He was facing the opposition goal line and it was a loose carry. They have always ruled that knock on.

It's the commentators living to watch every game and they still don't know this shit? How can these so called experts be so fucking clueless?

They cry for consistency but what they don't realize is that the video refs are consistent with those types of situations.
