[Rumour] The Hunt for Karmichael's return to Broncos.

But seriously, if it does happen I'd be more inclined to keep Milford at the back. He runs the ball twice as much as Barba and KHunt would presumably have a decent kicking game.

Gun post. Will read again..

If Milford continues going the way he is for the Raiders, he should be in the 1 next year for the Broncos - Ben who ;P.

Then again,

1. Barba
6. Milford
7. Hunt
9. McCullough

14: K. Hunt

does look pretty good :-)

But you know that if he does come back, he'll be considered our go-to man.

I hope we're not overestimating his abilities after a long time away from the game ?

As long as he's not commanding much cash, I would be open to it.
If we choose to stick with Ben and still sign Karmichael then I see him as a bench utility, or possibly a centre in a Jamie Lyon type role.

Although with Copley performing and Reed being signed for another few years I can't see it happening......

Choices,Choices,Choices

I really don't think Hunt offers us anything that we need. He's a great defensive fullback, better than Barba in that regard when in his prime. He may not be any more, and even so, Barba's our #1 now. He's never showed he's an out and out playmaker in the mould of a Joey Johns or DCE. He might make it as a fullback who can run and pass as a five eight, but that's Milford's role. The two of them combined frankly means there should be no realistic spot for Hunt in our team.

I'd be happy to welcome him home. No matter how he was used he'd value add to our team. Such courage and I was sorely disappointed to see him go. I canst see any reason why he'd want to come back though, having achieved everything in the game and being paid a great salary where he is....

i can see him as a centre. surely he has learnt how to kick in his time in afl which will be pretty valuable to us. maybe reed can fill the utility?

Could eventually take over Hodges centre spot. I'd prefer him in the centres for sure.
