It was a joke, wasn't it.

He was bullshitting in the pre-game, talking up the Bulldogs. Saying that the Roosters are lacking leadership and a cool head with Pearce out. No mention of Hodkinson.

So if the Bulldogs win, "he knew it". If the Roosters win, "what a fantastic football team to overcome the injuries".

Errors aplenty thus far. If Roosters can cut that out, they're certainly looking the more likely of the two. If both sides continue to play hot potato, it's anyone's game.
