Not in the sense that we're walking away from signing him, more so that we've already used him to secure sponsorship deals, memberships, etc. We should have confirmed it all before we went off and did that. It's unprofessional IMO.

Anyway, we don't even know what's going on. Hopefully he'll be playing for the Broncos next year.

There is something I don't understand.

When we acquired Inglis, it was under the condition that Melbourne Storm will release him right? So why didn't Bruno say "Ok, please put on the table all the conditions that must be met before a full release of Inglis is given.." Melbourne would then list all the conditions and then Brisbane would then negotiate.

So how is that we get to this situation now? Why on earth have we not got pen on paper MUCH earlier? Someone please explain this to me.
