Tesi Niu

The Roosters making 80 / 90 metres per set was not Tesi`s fault .
Who had a good game tonight ?

Seriously you and his other mindless cheerleaders could pick a better hill to die on.

Improved .

No one is talking about Teddy refusing to catch the torp bomb ?? LOL .
Teddy was breaking tackles at will, setting up tries and running for 250 metres. this is after playing an origin series as well. there's no comparison.

When you watch the high lights watch for the push in the back from Sam Walker on Tesi on the 1st Butcher try .
I was surprised it wasn`t an issue for the bunker .

I thought Tesi was shaky early but got better as the game went on .

Shaky is one way of saying it, Mrs Niu.

He was shit, he continued to be shit for the rest of the game only less shit but still shit. He's not a fullback's arsehole.

Bigdel, sure the whole team chucked a spaz (cant say that anymore?) but Nui was Isaako level and you just blindly ignore it.

TMM > Nui

Should of shipped the young fella off to NZ and used TMM to teach Walsh a thing or two while we had him as a 'backup'.

Loan him to a super league club or the. if he develops on his deficiencies then we may look at him again.

That or let him go.

I do see a good player in him if he gets it right though, He should play fullback for Tonga in the world cup though so it's worth atleast keeping an eye on him.

You're clutching at straws with your wishful thinking, it didn't happen.

On the other hand, watch where Tesi positions himself and his lack of urgency in every Roosters' try.

Exactly. He was nowhere near where he needed to be on our line for basically every Roosters try. He always meandered into frame long after the play was beyond saving.

You can watch highlights of previous games and it's a carbon copy. Niu's out of position in most of the opposition tries and lacks urgency.

I think there's a good footy player in Tesi, but he's far from what we need right now. We need someone steering the ship from the back. Like Tesi, TMM is also suspect under the high ball, but maybe not as much.

Tesi's ceiling is higher than Martin's. But his floor is waaaaay lower than TMM.
