I hate when you prove me wrongBenji's resurgence began at the Broncos. He was considered washed up at the end of 2016 and Bennett brought him into play a super-sub role. So he'd come on late in games and help steer the ship for Milford/Nikorima. When Damien Cook injured Milford's shoulder with a cheap push in the back off the ball, it was Marshall who filled in and he produced a man of the match performance against Canberra in Canberra to get them home.
He was the halfback for the Broncos during the finals when Hunt moved to 9. He actually pretty well and the Broncos nearly pulled off a spectacular comeback win over the Roosters off the back of his kicking game.
I only remember because I felt Benji proved me wrong.I hate when you prove me wrong
