The Ashes 2010-2011

So whats the weather like for the next 2 days

Shower or two tomorrow. Showers Tuesday. Not enough to save Australia.

Rumours of rain and we need it haga

Just what anderson needs some moisture in the air [icon_non

Fine weather in Adelaide.....

Pomgolian players and commentators are posting beaming pics of sunshine on Twitter. Hopefully the weather will move in this arv at some stage. There's a few nice looking blobs of rain stretching about 150-400 k's west and tracking straight for Adelaide. We'll need at least 2 of the 5 sessions we'll need to bat to be washed out IMO.

Our batsmen have got us into this mess so they need to pull their farking fingers out big time today.

Problem is with the humidity hanging around the ball will be swinging around. We know how the aussies go against a swinging ball. Pitch is starting to stay low as well. Katich is also injured not sure how serious or if he will even bat. [icon_shru Summer of cricket so far has been a disaster.

Poms are coming out for a slog fest, but really, a confident and in form team would be out on the field now ripping into a fragile batting order and putting one hand on the urn.

Unless I'm missing something, this is a bit piss weak from Strauss IMO. But less time batting is good enough for us I guess, especially with the weather forecast.

The ball is swinging as well.

LOL @ Katich running off the field. He's rooted if he's been like that for most of the Test. Probably shouldn't play in Perth. Fooking hell.

I love the mindset of our batsmen right now, Openers playing there shots is what is needed right now. Let it rain .

Yep, take the fire out of the quicks while Strauss has the field up. Great approach, but a long way to go yet. Hope to see us no more than 4 down at stumps, taking the possible weather situation into consideration.

Not much turn for Giles, er, Swann at the moment. Good sign for us.

Mate I don't want us to get to 4 down this innings we need some type of momentum. Best way to do it is to bat and bat and bat and keep the poms bowling.

Absolutely.

So far so good though, it's been a gutsy effort. Katich is a machine, that achilles is giving him a shitload of grief. They're nasty bastards to run on.

He probably knows it's going to be his last test for a while so he's making the most of it

Aye, Katich is really battling out there. Full credit to him.

Well the question probably has to be asked - Hughes, Khawaja or someone else for Perth?
