100%, he deserves his job back. Although I hope he's learned something about letting things play out before jumping to conclusions....

I was more expecting them to maybe ease him back in somehow over the next few weeks...not front and centre of the first show. Not sure how they could have done that though. Rip the bandaid off I guess.

Is it just me or how good is it that we are hated again?! Bloody love it!!!!

Every other fan knows if we put 80 minutes together all season no team is getting near us. Panthers fans hate us, souths fans too I've noticed. Definitely bitter and scared. We played well for 15 mins, panthers had 1 dropped ball, and we still nearly beat them in our 1st gf. We put it together and we are LIGHT YEARS ahead of them.

While I agree, the caveat here is that Flegs and especially Herbie are big losses. It will take us time for the guys replacing them to get up to speed and that's ok because once we do at the business end of the year, we will pull away from the field.

I think they will miss us A LOT more then we miss them. Walters has got just about every player playing better and I back him to do it again with jensen and cobbo. I'm predicting a huge year from jensen especially. Think he is getting slept on a bit bcos he isn't a 20 year old "talent". He's gotten better since being here and now he has a starting role to call his own running it up with haas and carrigan he will flourish. Honestly think he will become a smokey for Origin.

I think this team by the end of the year will be up there with last year, all I'm saying is people need to be patient. We'll probably lose a few early season as the new combos gel.

I was watching some 2023 broncos earlier today and I noticed that Herbie, yes he was good, but a lot of the work was already done before he got the ball - the defence was already pulled apart by the likes of Walsh. I think Cobbo will be different but better.

Herbie was a fantastic defender and that is more important than attack in our side with the amount of weapons we have.
