why are you saying that though? noone has ever once even suggested that his career record is better than bennetts.
thats NOT what you were arguing though. you were arguing that he doesnt qualify as a great coach.
let's not get caught up over terminology, which may be what has happened
I thought you were calling Bellamy 'one of the greats' if you like, which is quite different from 'a great coach'

So if by calling him 'great' you are putting him in the same category as the coaching greats of our code like Bennett, Gibson, Gould then I remain opposed to your view
I don't put Bellamy in that category as his record is inferior - he may well be in that category by the time he retires though
But if by calling him great all you are saying is that he is a really good coach, then I tend to agree
