Beat me to it; transfer window before the season starts with a loan system administered by the NRL duirng it..
Specific rules about how and why you can loan a player from another team etc...
Then if this happens, its blatant tampering and the club responsible is punished...

Kevvie admitted again this morning that Isaako & TPJ did meet with the tigers about their future. So the Broncos statement was absolute face saving bullshit. The only part that seems to be true is that they did it behind the clubs back.
