When you think about it, and if he has, well played to him, but Bennett if he was smart should have negotiated a further contract surrounding him leaving early. One that guarantees him that in-house role (and specifies what that role will be) which can be take up at his option prior to him reaching 75. That way, he guarantees his pay cheque for the next three years and potentially has 2-3 years after that, as the condition to him going quietly.
