Boyd would not still be getting picked on the QLD wing if we had been losing, or inglis wasnt inside him. Plus, we literally have no other wing options.

I know he wouldn't be getting picked. He's definitely not a better winger or attacking fullback than Boyd.

Hoffman has been forced to play out of position all year and although he was a crap 6, he was still showing effort, which is actually a lot more than boyd was showing.

Also, since hoffman has moved to fullback he has played well, and apart from 1 good game when they wore the horrible miners jersey, boyd has been absolutely useless for the knights.

Out of interest, have you spoken to any knights fans? Because I have, and i can tell you, if they could choose out of boyd and hoffman, boyd would be on the first plane out of there

When the journalists have an article with no quotes that does support your argument, they are on the money and able to find out information from a club that is notorious for keeping shit to themselves and the 2 people in the game that give the least amount of insight to anyone, much less the media. One of them that is inside a mental health unit no less.

Whenever other posters carry on like this in regards to a speculative report they are rightfully told not to believe everything they read, but because hating Bennett is the in thing all of a sudden the sky is falling and a speculative report from peter fucking badel is an announcement.

so let me get this straight ...

when there were articles (with no quotes what-so-ever) last year about Hoffman wanting a release because Barba was coming and likely to take his fullback spot, the majority of people on here started calling him a whinging **** and wanted his blood. but when the article (with no quotes) is about Boyd following Bennett (which would be a good assumption, at worst, since he has done for his entire career) the papers just made shit up.

Let me make this clear for you. I am not taking what i read in the article as gospel. However, there are numerous sources, both reliable and unreliable, that have been reporting on this since bennett signed with us. Many of the source have proven to be quite accurate in the past and as such, I believe most things they say.

As far as boyd coming here, its more realistic than you seem to admit so im not sure why you cant even fathom that its true

one of my mates is a Knights fan and he has been giving me shit since Bennett signed about Boyd coming with him. and i can tell you he is ecstatic that Boyd will not be wearing a Knights jersey in 2015

Where did i say hes the best winger in QLD?!?! I said he keeps getting picked because inglis has made him look good for years, mal is loyal, and we have no actual wing options.

If anything, hes the 4th or 5th best fullback QLD has to offer. Since we have no wingers, thatll have to do, plus the other factors i mentioned
