No, he's impressing this off-season and taking his chance training wise. Just found it interesting so many people were so confident over a Queensland Cup player that few had watched when normally you wouldn't get that. Players in the same situation like Reed and Gillett would not of got a single mention before debut and certainly wouldn't of been in people's teams.
Strasser's three best games last year were against Wynnum, Comets and Sunny Coast. His running game is his strength, his passing and kicking are being worked on.
At this stage of the pre-season, who would you say is leading the race for the 6 jersey? (I know both will probably get a chance in the trial games, but I'm just curious if there's a clear favourite at the moment)
How has his short and long kicking game progressed?Kahu. He's running at 6 everyday.

But is he passing at 6? And kicking at 6?

Strasser will then spend the next ten years taking Queensland to 18 straight, will captain the Australian team, win the Dally M, cure cancer, change a tire and win Dancing with the Stars all in that order.
Meanwhile Maranta will catch a pass from Hodges and score in the corner for a try.[/QUOTE
Now that's a bit over the top....
I am utterly convinced after watching that performance that this team will fall apart in the off season, long before Bennett even arrives. I fully expect to see Hunt and McG leave for other clubs.
