Where to From Here? Let's Plan for 2021...er...2025

Yeah that's what I thought but what I don't get is why she is getting paid close to 200k to do what looks like just put together a spreadsheet and put some numbers on it.
Any numpty (like me) could do that. Surely there must be something more to it?

Nothing easy about the salary cap, it's hard work to work it all out years in advance- she is over everything. Every list meeting she is there.

She'd be one of the last areas I'd skimp on.

Yeah of course lets change the accountants because that is obviously holding us back this year. I also would look at changing mowers too- just think that grass could get a bit finer and then we would have won 15 games.

Maybe the grass is already too short, hence all the leg injuries? You could be onto something with the mower....

Was liking the idea of Wane but then realised his accent might be troublesome for our young dim-dims.

They could barely understand Harvard-speak for the last 2 years, it might get even worse under Wane.

Keep it simple, bring back the passion...get Bronco Kevie in yesterday.

Cam smith playing on next year but not at the Storm
Fucking throw everything at him

I bet you probably think this is all Seibold's fault too?

There have been problems at this club for a long time.

I definitely think Michael Hagan should be there.

Kev brings the culture back, Hagan brings the brains.

Payten and Hagan are likely to be pretty unrealistic. Payten in particular is all but certain to get a Head Coach role somewhere and Hagan is positioning himself nicely to take over from Mal at the Kangaroos at some point, not to mention he'd be a strong candidate for the Maroons job if Walters was to vacate the role to come to the Broncos full time.

Corvo has quit, he's back teaching at Wavell.

Damn, that's a shame. No chance he would consider a job with Walters?
Are you really asking if a hypothetical Conditioning Coach candidate would take a hypothetical job offer from a guy who only hypothetically has a Head Coaching role at the club and honestly expecting someone to answer with any degree of certainty?

I don't want Stephen Kearney at the Broncos
I think with a very clear set of tasks, he goes good. Where he perhaps struggles a bit is when he has to do multiple tasks as a head coach. If he is in charge of defence only, he will be able to implement a good defensive structure, and that in itself solves a lot of our on field issues. Less points conceded keeps us in games for longer.
