My biggest question marks are Bailey and obviously Clarke's fitness- Bailey can think himself very very lucky if he makes it because he is in terrible form. Maxwell I have no spot for.

I have to ponder who would replace Clarke.

I would find a spot for Harris in my squad. Too good a bowler IMO not to have and the fact he doesn't slog as well as Cummins or Starc doesn't bother me.

I'd also have Haddin replaced unless he can show better form with the bat.

Harris won't make it, I didn't leave him out based on form or performance but the high frequency amount of games and coupled with flying around the place- his worst nightmare.

Love it if he played because he would be vital, but I am sceptical.

I think Haddin will be vital.

Bowlers will be rotated though. I'd be more than happy to have Harris only play games on our east coast. Let the lesser quicks win the other games.

Ps - sucks that only game our boys play up here is against Bangladesh.

I would pick Maxwell ahead of Doherty without even a nanosecond of hesitation. Both are terrible bowlers but at least Maxwell can on his very rare day, bat a bit. Doherty just offers nothing at all. Boyce, Agar, Turner and probably even Lyon and maybe at a pinch, Zampa would all be ahead of the Xmanthingdud.

I can't see them picking Lynn [MENTION=8272]1910[/MENTION] it's a shame he missed the Matador cup because he is ideally suited to the 50 over format. If he can stay fit he could be anything. I think the selectors will have a tough job picking the quick bowlers and deciding whether to risk Clarke.

Maxwell is too unpredictable for me. Doherty is steady and still chips in with his wicket and I thought when he played against South Africa he bowled well.

Our strength is our pace attack, so I think it will be Lyon or Doherty with Boyce the outsider.

He hasn't played one day cricket for us in three years and if he wasn't included in the secret 30 man squad then he can't be in the 15. He doesn't think he will be there.

Burns had a good One Day comp but that was in October (278 runs at 46) it isn't carrying any weight now. He hasn't played any 20/20 to get his way in like Lynn is trying.

Even 278 runs had him behind Khawaja, Dunk, Hartley, White and Fergurson.

The extra batsmen we take is extremely debatable, I'd be fine with Burns, Lynn, Dunk and probably 2-3 other people, preferably someone young though, invaluable experience.

I'd like to see Lynn come in for S. Marsh, but I doubt they will considering Lynn has yet to debut for Australia. They could possibly go with Doherty (although I hope not) for one of the quicker bowlers. I really dont rate Maxwell, but they'll pick him.

New rules allowing any injured player to be replaced mean both Clarke & Harris are likely to be selected.
