We sorta need to.

3 and 1 is gonna look ugly..

Seibs has got quite the task on his hands.

Yeah..........not a good look .......but we have a tough draw to start the year and I still think we are looking better than we did last year.

The boys have hung in there in both loses, last year we would have crumbled when we got behind on the scoreboard.

Yeah, we had some flashes of the Milford of old, taking the line on and looking threatening.

The problem is when he takes the line on he has no support. Even with his speed and agility a good defensive structure will hold him.
When Brodie Croft or Cronk go to the line they have at least 2 options every time and isolate one defender. Milf is playing like the 7 we need, I'm starting to think we need a 6.

You need to watch it again mate, all due respect. I’m a massive Milford critic (quietly) but he has been very good over the past two rounds.
Soupy, we AREN'T talking about the last two rounds, we're talking about tonight or at least I am. This isn't the place but Milford has come back from injury and was without a trial game and overall he has been just average. He certainly is getting better each week and I'm not down on him or want him gone, I just think if I was rating his overall game tonight it would be rated as fair/ average/ achieving expectations/ a pass. He tried his guts out and I expect he will have a blinder before long.

How good was Benny Hunt with special mention to Cameron McInnes.
Love the little buggers tenacity and game awareness.

They had a game plan and their forwards worked as a unit, with Vaughn, Host and Lawrie getting the yard hards.
Sims bros had our lads reeling back more than a couple of times.

They would have won by a lot more if Widdop was more diamonds than rocks.
Their halves conundrum solved tonight, with Gareth gone for the next 2 months or so.

Macca has got to go. Fully expecting his cheerleaders in the likes of Cult to still come out and find a way to defend him
Not sure if it was Macca who passed the ball to Issako for his miss kick but that was the pass that was entitled to be thrown correctly and was found wanting. We need more from a dummy half I'm afraid.

Seeing how Seibold came out and made a stance with Glenn throughout the week due to being in our leadership group and a senior player, I can’t see the like of our 9 or 1 changing either. Macca and boyd are both also in the leadership grounp and probably held in higher regard then Glenn, therefore I don’t see the 1 or 9 changing, unfortunately.
As for Kodi, I thought he was pretty good tonight, however I do recall Seibold stating that Kodi and Milf will continue being our halves moving forward, which is also worrying.

I’d really like to see Turpin brought onto the bench to show Seibs what he is missing out on. As for boyd, he should have been moved on 2 years ago. He hasn’t improved besides for falling for dummies.

Another one I was disappointed with tonight was TPJ. He was probably still tired from his effort last week but he was very quiet tonight. He certainly didn't come out with a mission to **** up someones evening that's for sure.

I think the opposite, he rushed out of the line so much they exposed him.

I agree. I reckon Offa would make a great lock. I also reckon we are missing Lodge's impact up front. Flegler is good but for mine, he just doesn't have the impact that Lodge brings

If Carrigan's ready put him in. He just had an NRL club offer him a million dollar deal FFS. By the sounds of it Haas has a huge motor and is obviously a freakish talent so he's an option too. Gillett is so so bad for our go forward (which should be the best in the comp).

Turpin needs to perform for Redcliffe before he gets a shot

What's all this "if " nonsense!

Widdop is their best player by a country mile. They're in severe trouble. Deserved the win tonight though.

Yeah 50m from Gillo at lock is not good. He looked far more comfortable when he went to the edge.

Seibolds not an idiot and he can see what we all see about McCullough. As for Kodi and Milf, didn't our previous coach say the same thing and was slammed for saying so? I think he's right to persist for another 10 rounds with that pair. I'd bet that Macca is going to be in the gun sights sooner rather than later.

He had Isaako over for the game winner but he dropped it cold

That was the moment I knew the game was lost. The soft penalty which led to the 12 point turnaround was just salt in the wound. It only came down to the field goal because of dumb luck.
