Honestly I would price him at 7-800k. I know not everyone will agree but if that's what we paid I don't think we paid overs for him at all. Am loving his form this season, he is probably my favourite right now.

You just gonna make stuff up now? I've been extremely critical of Boyd, and to a lesser extent McCullough. Especially the last 2 weeks. If our entire team put in the effort of Bird we'd have no problems winning games. Captain material right there.

Milford is getting 1mill a year, all he does is attempt to tackle (but has mastered that yet) and put a bomb up on the last tackle.
Where do I sign up?

Thing is, there needs to be a lot more of those, on both sides, to Roberts, cross field ... being creative, especially when kicking, is where Milf needs to lift. He has the skills and talent. I am hoping Seibold brings it out ASAP a lot more than so far, and I am and remain a Milf fan.

I think I'm becoming more and more over Milford. I really don't think he'll reach anywhere near the heights we had hopes for back in 2015.

Worth a million bucks? If he was doing it at the end of most attacking sets, I would say he is kicking as you would would expect from a million dollar player, but he just isn’t. Every other kick was rubbish. 5th tackle bombs..it’s the same week in, week out.

I guess you’d think his defence was pin point also..?

1 out of 10 kicks is a try or repeat set for Milford. The rest is either dead in goal, a bomb or into the feet of the opposition.

I guess supporters are frustrated with the coach not making changes to the spine because it was incredible to see the difference in 2006 when berrigan went to hooker and Hodges went to fullback. I reckon staggs could be our berro and bird could be our Hodges. Just a thought.

Well, those highlights do show Milf throwing a heap of superb passes, and also excellent kicks. I think the issue with him is he's been over-coached and as you rightly say, the victim of having others try to manufacture him into being the next Lockyer - at 5/8 way too early.

Maybe his game has been, and is being, stifled. The one thing Bennett did that worked for Milf was to leave him alone in 2015 to play his natural game which for mine, as those highlights show, is BOTH ball running and passing. I guess in a way what I am also saying is that he would have been the ideal FB for us back then, and as FB, then comparisons with Locky might have been closer t the mark.
