Wow, good reply. Your retorts are exceptional.
FWIW, I'm not a storm fan. I'm just the type of person who can appreciate a quality team.
While I agree the storm may sometimes push the boundary of the games rules a little too far, how can you say they aren't playing within the spirit of the game when there is no clear definition of exatcly what this is. No set rules equals a subjectional viewpoint, clearly of which ours differs.
If the Broncos were imploying such innovative tactics, I'm sure most here wouldn't have any issue with it at all.
Tall poppy syndrome much?

Bloody entertaining to watch most of the time (this year has been a bit of a grind however)
Have unearthed some major QLD talent
Have contributed to many many QLD wins through the likes of Smith, Inglis, Slater, Johnson, Folau, Crocker, Kafusi
They arent a NSW team, so thats always good, hell i love canberra and NZ for the same reason
Gives u guys something to vent about
Firstly, entertaining? Hardly. They are entertaining maybe 5-6 times a year when they put a huge score on a shit team, otherwise they are just clinical and boring. (See Dragons game 2 weeks ago).
Secondly, from a NSW perspective, points 2 and and 3 obviously don't count, in fact they do the opposite and point 4 is probably mute from a NSW point of you. So half of the points you made for liking the Storm would not benefit any NSW fan, so I hope you can see why they are disliked amongst the whole NRL community.

Mate, broncos are hated amongst the nrl community. That comes with success, i can see why ppl hate melbourne, i just think its funny to see some of the "reasons" they are hated so much, when it pretty much boils down to jealousy. Ask any person that hates the broncos why they hate them... they never say "coz they are so good". They will come up with a list of reasons probably very similiar the reasons ppl hate melbourne lol,
For every matt king they have, we have a hodges afterall!
The Rock said:I don't understand the jealousy part though, not from a Broncos fan perspective anyway. What exactly do the Broncos fans need to be jealous of? We've been there, done that. We have 6 premierships, 19 consecutive finals and we've blooded more superstars than any other team in the last 20 years.

Exactly. No one seemed to hate the storm before they became so successful.
