I’d have to go Cummins... he’s great but he is better covered by hazlewood, Starc and likely Pattinson than smith would be if he was to be given up

But seriously, next year's Ashes should be an absolute slaughter. England has Stokes and Archer, that's it. Yeah they have some decent kids in Pope, Curran and arguably Bess but they are all going to get annihilated on our bouncy pitches. See off Archer and you are on your way to making 800. All of Anderson, Curran, Woakes and even Broad are not the right style of bowlers to have success here.
