I think Perth are one of those teams who if you can put up a big score, they don’t have the depth of batting to swing all the way down their lineup and beat you, so it’s important we time this correctly and get to a 170-180 score

170 would be a decent score on this deck.

I feel if we can get some runs out of Bazley and Bryant then it will go a long way to setting up a score.

Pierson is another grinder and we can't leave everything up to Hain and then Neser at 8.

The key will be bowling correctly at this ground.

Bowl back of a length and mostly off pace to force them to hit to the big square boundaries... it's usually the go to for the Scorchers and when they get it bowled to them they look for those twos into the big boundaries.

I was watching the Hobart game that we lost, he obviously wanted Hobart to win as it would have favoured the Thunder, that’s as bad a stint in the commentary box as I have seen in terms of bias. I can’t believe they can’t get commentators involved in these games who don’t have an obvious bias
