Someone explain to me how Mal's post isn't just pure baiting of AP - if AP had posted that kind of post first we'd all be jumping up and down about it.

Perhaps we are discussing the report we have received about it in the admin forum.

Nothing new from the admins on here. Double standards has been going on here since Elia was on the Bronco's roster.
Case in point. Jeba posted posted one of the most disgusting post I have ever seen on an internet forum. But still didn't get a ban.
But soon as I jokingly call big_pete a fat bastard I get ban for a week.

I have forwarded the posts to my friends at the Broncos.
This is the kick up the ass the forum and admins needs [eusa_naugh

Are you saying that someone who posts something controversial or that could be interpreted as a bait once in a blue moon (can't recall seing something like this from Mal since I've been on this forum), should be treated in the same way as a repeat offender? eusa_think

Since you won't do it via PM to an admin, I will reply here.

First off, you were given the appropriate warnings, and a 24 hour ban prior to your 7 day ban. The reasons for banning you were fair.

With warnings, and a 24 hour ban, we attempted to show you that we do not appreciate personal attacks towards other BroncosHQ members. You didn't learn your lesson, and you continued to do it after you were welcomed back to the community. After a 24 hour ban, the next warning is an automatic 24 hour ban.

I will also let you know, that generally bans and warnings are not posted on the public forums, so you are assuming Jeb didn't get a ban, without actually knowing what happened with Jeb, or anyone else who has been banned or warned.

You're more than welcome to contact the Broncos, I'm sure they will respond to you in a timely fashion, advising you that BroncosHQ.com is in no way affiliated with the club, and is owned, and operated privately.

I'm not trying to fool anyone. Just saying it how it is. You haven't been told what happened to Jeb, or any other user.

Now, move any further conversation to Private Message. Any further talk about bans, warnings, unfairness, terrible admins etc. will result in a warning for taking the thread off topic. To keep it fair, I'm more than happy to warn myself.

Bear in mind, you've got two bans. Another warning so soon will be yet another longer ban.

WAYNE Bennett is expected to put the rugby league world out of its misery by the end of next week, announcing where he plans to coach next season and setting off a chain of events that could bring former St George Illawarra coach Nathan Brown back to the NRL.


While the Broncos are still short-priced favourites to secure Bennett's services, it is understood their cause hasn't been helped by a series of stories in recent days, the first of which claimed the seven-time premiership winner had already struck a deal with his former club.

That was quickly followed by comments from former Broncos coach Ivan Henjak in which he spoke of his sacking and how it related to Bennett. Bennett has previously shown his dislike for his future being played out in the media - he backed out of an agreement to coach the Sydney Roosters five years ago when the deal became public.

This is why I have all along thought Souths aren't out of the running. Things from there went VERY quiet after the first early reports and I personally believe that is because Bennett told them that he would back out of any deal if it became public before he was ready to announce things himself; so Souths have done the smart thing and just STFU.

NB This is pure speculation on my part - I have absolutely zero sources on which to base this - just past history combined with the Souths' noise dying off very quickly.

And on the topic name changing, I always thought only Admins could change topic names - so if that's not true I've learnt something new today :mrgreen:
