Tend to agree. Souths aren't normally quiet about their desires to approach people. So the fact they've been deathly silent over Bennett speaks volumes.

Not that he isn't coming, but good that we finally know one way or the other and can move on with Griffin.

i'm honestly not too disappointed that Bennett isn't returning. i am very happy with Griffin. and although our attack is struggling ATM, our defence over the first 4 rounds has been better than it has for years (even when Bennett was still at the club)
