I think we should name all of our potential NRL players in the QLD Cup, instead of the NYC.

The NYC is "showy" but i think the next generation of players would be better off if they were playing against older more experienced players.

Right now, one of the U20s in Molo is and I believe that's a good move.

Pondekas didn't make the top 25 apparently. Not sure what hell is going on here, but from the games I have seen and the players picked in front of him in the profiles on the website I would have thought he would have been top 13. Politics I would assume............

I caught the Wynnum v gold coast meninga game and the Wynnum v tweed colts today.

nyc top 25 W Brimson played extremely well in a beaten meninga Wynnum team, his ball play and ability to take the line on was brilliant, He lacked support though. This kid must be pushing for a call up to nyc very soon...

Colts Wynnum got hammered, nyc top 25 player schaffer was solid with some heavy ball carries. However not much else to report.

I'd say the promising players should be put in QLD Cup as early as 19. 20 for sure, especially if they are a half. Learn how to play something that resembles the real game.

Haven't heard anything unfortunately.

If he's really interested in checking them out, he can contact NRL Film who can mail him a copy of the DVD, but when I inquired I was quoted at $20 a game.

You'd be laying down $480 for an entire season, and that's if they don't try and spot you for some of their other rates.

If I hear anymore updates, I'll be sure to let everybody know.
