Broncos Player Movement and Rumours 2020

Could it be that it's still within the 10 day cooling off period and the Cowboys can't confirm it yet?

I wouldn't be too upset to see Opacic go. He had one or two good runs at centre in 2015-16 but has been quiet as a mouse ever since. Isaako has come in and done far more than he has in first grade in half a season.

Not sure its entirely his fault. He probably knew he would sacrifice a year of his career in playing injured. And he didnt even make his debut until the back half of the 2016 season so unless you are talking about his time in the 20's i'm not sure what you are referring to, and tbh, he hasnt really done a lot wrong this year when he has played, he just isnt the superstar player we all are used to seeing at the Broncos. Like i said earlier, some people have very short memories. Tom was very good when he first got in this side.

The Issako comparison isnt really a fair one either. For a start Tommy has had plenty competition in his position, Issako has had practically none. His kicking i think has made his season look better than it actually is for me. He has been pretty poor especially in defence on more than one occasion. I think his kicking ( which without doubt has been top drawer ) has kept him in the side at times. If Pearson could kick goals, i think he would be in front of Issako personally. I'm not saying Issako has been poor overall either, he has been very good in some games, but equally, i've seen him play as poorly as Kahu did when he got dropped. He just kicks at such a phenomenal rate we cant really afford not to have him there.

I also dont really get how you work out its half a season for Issako, he has been playing all year.

I thought he re-signed with us last week?

Ok, feels like just last week.

So why is he now signing with cowfucks?

Think they only announced it a couple of weeks ago.

They have been chasing him for quite a while now ( amongst a few other clubs ) and Wayne this time thought he needed to be playing regularly. From what I know he still doesn't want to lose him, he just feels it's time for him to get a chance to play regularly.

I thought near the same thing when I read it. It will be nice to progress further than the Cowboys for a change. It has rarely happened in the past 15 years.
Yep... only 10/15 we have finished in front of them... even during our grimmest period in history and their now finished golden period we are still big brother bar a courtesy fairytail for a bloke that would have won 3-4 premierships playing for the broncos...

So whats zero tackle saying then?

We are going to be unbeatable when JT’s gone from the cowboys and Smith from the storm.

I can’t fucking wait

Technically its all correct. We tied Tom down a while ago, but then the Cows chased him and the clubs have negotiated a release.

I didn't think he is. He's saying we have better access to third parties, so if the Sharks are cheating, do they really have an advantage? Not that I agree with his reasoning.
Didn't the figures come out on the TPA's, showing that the Panthers and the Storm were leading the Pack, with the broncos coming in 4th from memory.

Correction : Storm 1st Panthers and Broncos tied for second

Fitler throwing stones..Didn't I read this morning that Tapau is heading to the Rorters?
2/2 this year, Brad..

It's scary to think where Fittler would be in life if he wasn't good at football.

Rumour on Facebook making the rounds:

TEVITA Pangai Jnr appears a genuine chance of returning to Newcastle after the explosive Brisbane forward met with Knights officials earlier this week for contract negotiations.
Pangai Jnr flew into Newcastle on Thursday to talk with Knights coach Nathan Brown and staff and was given a tour of the club’s training facilities.

Can only hope it’s BS
